I've completed the first step of writing a book. That is to say, I know the beginning and the ending.

I want to begin my book with the word "And". This will hopefully give the feeling that what they're about to read, just as in real life, is only piece of someone's complete story.

I want to end my book, possibly mid-sentence, or maybe even mid-word, followed by ellipses...

Now all I've to do is write that pesky middle section...
